Ms Cao had served for a long time in KPMG, responsible for overseas listing and annual audit projects, such as CMEC, Sinopec, Huaneng new energy, Capita Land. Since joining Plateau group, Ms Cao, as a core team member, has participated in a number of investment projects including AVIC International, Shanghai Tanda, CENAT, etc. and has led the establishment of a number of investment funds. 

Ms. Cao has rich experiences in fund structure design, fund raising management and investor relations maintenance.

Prior to joining Plateau, Mr. Cao worked as a senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 9 years, mainly responsible for providing audit services for domestic and overseas listings, mergers and acquisitions, provided services for many companies including China Communications Construction, China Post Express Logistics, China Unicom, Nokia, Samsung Electronics, etc. 

After joining Plateau, Mr. Cao, as a core team member, led and participated in a number of equity investment projects including AVIC International, Shanghai Tanda, and Xinjinghe 3D printing, as well as many M&A projects of state-owned enterprises, and large private enterprises.

Mr. Cao focuses on investment in the consumer, industrial technology, military industry, as well as M&A and restructuring of non-performing assets.

Mr. Peng used to serve in Credit Suisse Group, the United States Galileo international consultants, China Agricultural Bank, responsible for Macro-economic research, industry and enterprise fiscal analysis, transnational enterprise strategic analysis, and was involved in quite a few Chinese enterprises’ overseas listing, transnational financing and M&A projects. 

Since joining Plateau, Mr. Peng has participated in a number of equity investment projects including AVIC international, Shanghai Tanda and Kanai New Energy Automobile, in charge of industry research and analysis. 

Mr. Peng has rich experiences in international and domestic Macro-economic research as well as industry and enterprise analysis.

Before joining Plateau, Dr. Zhao worked in a well-known American law firm, a leading Chinese domestic law firm and a large financial institution. Dr. Zhao has participated in more than ten domestic and overseas IPO projects including China Creative Holdings, Qiangtai Environmental Protection, Xinyi Glass, etc., dozens of domestic and foreign investment projects of funds, more than ten overseas M&A projects, a large number of foreign direct investments and other projects.

Dr. Zhao is an expert in using business thinking to deal with complicated transaction issues in projects within the framework of capital market rules, designing transaction documents and key terms that meet the transaction demands of all parties, and fully integrating legal, financial, and business to form feasible and risky Controllable trading plan.
