On April 25, Rainbow and Tencent signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shenzhen. The first cooperation project "Texhong & Tencent Smart Retail Laboratory" was unveiled. The two parties will focus on in-depth cooperation in multiple fields such as digitalization and smart retail. Chairman Yu Lei of Shenzhen Company, Chairman Gao Shulin of Tianhong, and Lin Jinghua, Vice President of Tencent attended the ceremony.  

Gao Shulin said that Rainbow's digital retail practice in recent years has achieved results in efficiency improvement, cost reduction, and customer experience optimization. After reaching a strategic cooperation with Tencent, Rainbow and Tencent will conduct more research and development of application-level products in areas such as intelligent identification, AI, big data, and consumer finance. Rainbow will continue to make efforts in the fields of digitization and intelligence, and make full use of technological means to achieve retail transformation. 

Youlei expressed its support for Rainbow's development of technology retail and its expectation for strategic cooperation with Tencent. He said that with the advancement of military-civilian integration, the two sides will form in-depth coordination of technology applications. This cooperation and the establishment of the laboratory are of important strategic significance to Rainbow. 

Lin Jinghua is full of confidence in the prospect of cooperation between Tencent and Rainbow. He believes that based on Tencent’s strong data, technical capabilities and multi-dimensional ecological platform, combined with Rainbow’s accumulated industry wisdom and excellent digital practical experience over the years, they will jointly discuss and develop the transformation and upgrade of full-scenario applications in the retail industry to help retailers build precision efficient "new digital operation" products and systems will bring users an integrated and convenient "new consumer experience". 

The strategic cooperation between Rainbow and Tencent will focus on innovative technology applications and sustainable development models in technology, channels, big data, supply chain, operation and management, and continue to provide intellectual support and technology for the development of both parties and the industry.
