On November 18, 2014, the Seminar was held by Commercial Bank of China and Plateau Capital in Wuhan East Lake Hotel. The senior officials of State Council Jianguo Peng, Vice secretary of party committee Yixuan Liao , Office Director of the ChengBo Shang, Senior Official of Hubei SASASC Zhenfu Wen, the head of Investment Bank of ICBC Hubei Branch LiYan An, Deputy manager of ICBC Hubei Branch Wang Zhibin. More than 100 people attended the seminar, including Vice President Jinxing Zhang and Vice President Feng Li, as well as dozens of representatives of other large state-owned enterprises in Hubei Province and ICBC Hubei Branch. Plateau Team attend and have a speech about social capital and state-owned ownership reform. 

Liyan An introduced concept of PPP model, subdivision categories, positive effects on participants, scope of application, project risks and concerns, also introduced ICBC’s cases on State-owned Reform and explained the advantages of ICBC’s reform. 

Plateau introduced our understanding of ownership reform, which will bring profound influence on political, economic and social society by participating in the ownership reform of state-owned enterprises for social capital. We also introduced our investment practice of ownership reform by explaining multiple reform path and plan.
